Melissa is originally from Singapore and studied Veterinary Science at Melbourne University, graduating in 2011. After graduation she worked in mixed practice in Moe for three years before joining us here at the Corio clinic and gathering a good fan base with her care and dedication to clients and patients alike. Her husband is also from Singapore and trips back there are very important to them both to see family and friends.
Melissa is a fun-loving and energetic person, which is helpful as she is now mum to a growing family which includes two beautiful boys and a cutie dog called Robbie. She likes to keep fit and as a family they love days out, walks and hikes, and getting out to see the world. They are big fans of a day at the zoo or animal sanctuary – instilling Melissa’s love of animals onto her children.
Melissa originally started as a full time vet with us but came back part time after having her first son – we were delighted to see her back as she is a very important member of the team and plays a vital role in the running of the practice.
