Emily graduated from University College Dublin in 2009. In April 2014, Emily joined our team after five years practicing at home in Ireland and in the UK. She had come to Australia in 2006 as a vet student and had always wanted to return to try life “down under” and has since been a vital part of the clinic team.
Emily is a big fan of the outdoors, having grown up in the country surrounded by animals and greenery, and loves nothing more than growing her own veggies, hiking, walking, or running (often with her beloved Germen Shepherd X doggo) and getting out to enjoy the fresh air. She travels a lot with her partner, eating and exploring her way across the world and has been to all but one continent now! Emily loves reading and podcasts and is a big fan of true crime and thrillers to pass time when it’s not as easy to get outdoors.
Emily did have a stint back in Ireland for a few months in 2021 but has since returned to the Corio Veterinary Clinic. We are very grateful to have her back and so are many of our clients!
